Tavira is the representative community of Portugal in the inscription of the Mediterranean Diet of Portugal as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Unesco.
The "barrocal" is a transition zone between the sea and the mountain range, with mud and limestone soils and is painted by a diverse flora, being the "dry orchard" a predominant point of this territory where we find olive, almond, carob and fig trees, without forgetting the citrus crop that marks the whole region.
Quinta da Foia is one of our secret places located in the Serra de Tavira where, in addition to the trip that offers unique landscapes. When you arrive at this place where the calm prevails, you will be delighted.

The villa itself is surrounded by lush, perfectly manicured, tropical gardens, full of sweet smelling flowers. The backyard is large and seamlessly expands into the moutains!
